Navigation Bar: This is the blue bar that stretches the length of the screen. It is the directory for the AGR system.
Clicking on the AGR logo will take you back to the main page of the AGR system.
This is the Items tab. Here you can see the items that are in the AGR system. You can organize them with filters (f.ex. quickly find a specific item number, supplier, item name, etc. within the system) and choose what columns you would like to see on the right-hand side.
This is the Reports tab. Reports are used to organize all the items within the system. Specific reports can be made for Purchase Plans, Scheduled Orders, and Orders. The reports tab will also show you all your Scheduled Orders.
This is the Plans tab. The AGR Planner is found here, with all existing plans found under this tab. The Plans tab will also show all the current Purchase Plans.
This is the Orders tab, that shows you all the In Process, Confirmed, and Transferred orders in the system.
The gearwheel tells you information about the current AGR version and offers you a lot of different options within the system. To learn more about these options, see 3. User Settings - Gearwheel
The picture below shows your user name, profile, and allows you to log out of the sytem. Your profile will show you different options specific to your user name. To learn more, see 3. User Settings - Gearwheel.
The grey bar located directly below the Navigation Bar is called the Tool Bar. This bar will keep track of where you are within the AGR system, as well as showing many options for the different Reports, Plans, and Orders tabs on the right side. As you can see in the image below, the Tool Bar changes depending on which part of the system you are viewing.
