Overview

The order head screen can be accessed by clicking Orders in the navigation bar at the top of the AGR window. This view allows you to see all the orders that you have placed, whether they are In Process, Confirmed or Transferred. The In Process view shows the user all order proposals that have been generated, but are waiting to be reviewed and confirmed. The Confirmed view shows the user all the orders that have been confirmed but are waiting to be transferred into open order in the ERP with the status “Open Order.” Transferred view shows all the orders that have been transferred into the ERP with the status “Created.” The below figure shows how to switch between these views.

Grid Settings - Filters and Sorting

If the list of orders is long, it can be sorted to fit your needs. That is done by writing in the search window within the tool bar, sorting orders from ascending/descending locations, by selecting My Orders to the right of the search bar, or a combination of these, as shown below. If My Orders is selected, only orders created by the user that is logged in will appear.

If you filter via the search bar shown in the image below, and then save the view, your view will be saved with that filter still intact. For example, if you Filter via the Search bar for Store 1, and then Save the View, the next time you choose that view, you will only view Orders for Store 1. This filter does not save in the view if you do it via the column filter.

Sorting orders can be done by clicking on the column headers. Columns can be resized and reordered by dragging and dropping them to where you want them to be.

Further sorting of the orders can take place by dragging and dropping a header column to a different position, as well as pinning, sorting and hiding columns. To add or remove different columns, click on the tool panel option in either the column options or the context menu (found by right clicking on a cell). When tool panel is chosen, a sidebar on the right side of the screen will open, allowing you to choose which columns you would like to see.

To see more options for each individual cell, each cell can be right clicked, opening up a context menu.

You can add a column to the Order grid by clicking on the three black lines at the top of the column, and then choosing the column tab, as shown below.

When you have organized the columns and information to your liking, it is possible to save this view of the order grid in its current state. This is done by clicking on the chart icon in the tool bar. The system will let you know if you have made changes within your view and not saved them by turning the Views button orange. When the views button is this colour, you need to Save or Save As in order for this particular view to save your changes.

orders-views

When clicking on the chart icon, a drop-down menu will appear. The check marked view is the current view at which you are looking. If there is an asterisk after the current view, this indicates that changes have been made to the view that are not saved. The Overview view is the default order grid view and can therefore not be overridden. Instead, if there is an asterisk following the Overview, you can Save As and rename the current view. This feature allows you the option to save your views and not need to spend the time sorting and organizing the data as you need it in the future.

views-only-orders

The default view of the AGR Order Grid shows orders in groups. If you would like to ungroup the orders, click on the Order View option.

There are several new keyboard shortcuts in this version of AGR. You can see the full list of keyboard shortcuts by clicking on the “?” button.

Item Card with Order Line Items

In the list of orders, it is possible to go into the order and see what it consists of. To do so select order and a list with order lines opens below the order. This list includes all products from the chosen order.

order-line-selected

It is possible to select a specific order item from the order lines and get the graphical information about that product. The columns within the order lines can be moved and changed just like the order columns. More information about the chart view can be found in Understanding the Item Card. The item card can be resized up or down to fit your screen and needs.

Information Sidebar

When an Order or Order Item is selected, all the info about it can be seen in the Info Sidebar by clicking on the in the breadcrumbs bar. To add or remove specific information within the Info Sidebar, click on the pencil icon and check/uncheck specific information options.

Within the Order Grid or the Info Sidebar, it is also possible to see the time that an order was created, as well as the date. This is especially helpful is a user would like to see the most recent order that was create, as there are sometimes a couple of orders done within the same date.

Grouping Bar

It is possible to group your orders with the grouping bar. In the below example, the orders are grouped first by Order Id and then by Location. You can group each column by dragging the column name to the grouping bar, making it therefore disappear from the columns. If you X out the column names within the grouping bar, everything will automatically go back to being ungrouped and the columns will return.

Review Order Proposals

The purchaser should initially review the proposed purchasing amount for each product in the proposal. He can review each line in order details and change the proposed amount if necessary, which is done in the Qty column.

It is possible to recalculate the order before confirming, see Recalculating Orders. Any cells that can be edited will have a light green background.
