Purchase Plans

Purchase plans give the user an overview of the order quantity over a prolonged period of time, i.e. 6 to 12 months, and can be found under the Orders tab in the navigation bar. It gives the user the ability to see estimated order quantities for defined product groups. Purchase plans are often used for vendor collaboration, but can also be utilized for other purposes, such as cash flow management.

Editing a Purchase Plan

Purchase Plans cannot be edited in the system, but can be exported to excel and adjusted there before sending to a vendor if necessary.
