All products can be found under Items. By clicking Items in the navigation bar, a new view opens, and the user can filter all the items with the Filter on the right side of the screen. As you can see in the image below, the items have been filtered by three different locations and four different columns have been selected to be seen. You can close this sidebar on the right side by clicking on the View Settings button in the tool bar.
When a product is selected, a new window for that product can be opened with the graph button. On the chart shown in below, historical data and sales forecasts are presented graphically. The user can view historical inventory (stock), historical sales figures, future forecasts, and estimated stock. From this window, it is also possible to view the product in more details, see the underlying data for the graph, edit sale history and view the chart by weeks or days instead of months, which will be explained further in later chapters of this manual.
Within the Items tab, you can view information about your items without having to save anything. You can even create a Report from the Items tab. As the functionality for the Items and Reports tool bar are very similar, see Chapter 6.1: View Settings for more detailed information.
While the Items view offers the users a lot of possibilities to view and manipulate data, if you have created a view that you like and would like to save to be able to look at in the future, it is possible to click on the Save As Report button in the toolbar, which will save the view you are currently look at as a Report under the Reports tab.
