AGR Planning

AGR Planning gives retail and wholesale users the tools they need to ensure that their strategic financial goals are set to meet their business targets. Using best practice methodology embedded in the Planning solution, users can manage customer level sales planning and create S&OP processes to improve sales forecasts and measure them against actual sales figures, all in the same place.

The following modules can be found within the AGR Planning suite:

  • Location Financial Planner: The Location Financial Planner allows users to create plans based on sound predictive analysis. To create a holistic organizational plan, location plans are an integral part.
  • Merchandise Financial Planner: Users can set strategic targets here that allow buyers and planners a guideline for their areas. Open-to-Buy is easily managed here through our OTB and WSSI templates. Planning top-down, middle-out, or bottom-up leads to a clear understanding, throughout the organization, of a single version of the users strategic plans.
  • Location Clustering: Using the Location Clustering module, users can ensure that they place their products where their customers are likely to buy them. The clustering engine groups stores using various criteria to ensure that they have the right product in the right place, based on factors such as store space, demographics, etc.
