The Usage Statistics analytics tool can be used to watch how single users in the system have changed transferred orders in AGR over a specific period. You can see how the user has changed the orders using the data series that belong to the tool. This is a non-standard workspace, and can be added to your AGR Inventory set-up if you so choose. Contact your AGR consultant for more information.
The system displays a few data series that are supposed to help the user understand what kind of changes have been made to the orders, which data series are at hand depends on which view you choose to use. The following are a few of the data series that are a part of the Usage Statistics tool:
As stated before results are filtered at users, this way you can watch changes in the orders assigned on a specific user based on what user is assigned to the item numbers in the order. This means that it doesn’t matter who changes the order but how the order has been changed and to which user the item numbers in the order is assigned to. All changes will be listed to the user assigned to the item numbers in the order. The tool consists of five views that enable you to view the statistics with different points of focus. All views are listed under the “Views” tab in the upper right corner.
The Responsible User column is pinned to the far left in all views except for the Primary Vendor view, this column displays the user who is assigned to the item numbers in the transferred orders.
The Adjusted Sales view displays how many times single users have adjusted filtered on month. The Responsible User column shows the user and data for the user is displayed in the following data series.
Here you can see that the user Halla adjusted sales 6 times in April 2019.
The Responsible Changed Value view shows the value changed in transferred orders. You can also see how many percent of the changed value belongs to the increased amount in the order and how many percent falls under a decreased amount in order. The Order line increased count shows how many order lines have been added to the order since it was generated by the system, Order line decreased count shows how many have been eliminated.
In the example below, you can see that the user named Halla changed orders in December 2019. Changed Value displays the change of value according to change of quantity within an order which was 6.477.362 for Halla in December 2019. As a proportion of all changes, quantity in order was increased in 100,00% cases or 2 times and decreased in 0,00% cases or 0 times. If the user has changed orders so that the total quantity has decreased, the Changed value data series will be displayed as a negative number, E.g. the user Halla in January 2019.
The Responsible Line Count view displays how order lines have been altered in transferred orders. Data series that belong to the view are the following:
In the example below, you can see that the user named Halla was assigned to 273 order lines in January 2019. 16 order lines had a quantity greater than zero. 7 order lines were changed where order amount was increased in 5 lines and decreased in 2 lines.
The Responsible Percentages view shows how many percentages of the item numbers has been changed in transferred orders. Data series that belong to the view are the following:
In the example below, you can see that the user named Halla changed 2,56% of item numbers in transferred orders. As a proportion of all changes, quantity in order was increased in 71,43% cases and decreased in 28,57% cases. 43,75% of order lines with a quantity greater than zero in the original order were changed. This number can reach more than 100% since it shows the amount of order line changes proportional to order lines that have a quantity greater than zero in order. If changes are more than populated order lines the percentage reaches a number above 100. Finally, you can see that empty order lines were 94,14% of all order lines in transferred orders assigned to user Halla in January 2019.
The Vendor Percentages view filters the Usage Statistics on the primary vendor. This allows you to watch how orders are changed by users focused on which vendor supplies the product.
In the example below, you can see how many percents of the order lines that belong to the primary vendor Vífilfell hf. were changed in January 2019. The following are data series that belong to the Vendor Percentages view and what they represent in the example below:
If you prefer to use the count data series, you can manage the changes by selecting the button in the upper right corner and select other data series to display.
