Dashboard

The dashboard gives the user an overall view of their performance. During implementation, target KPI’s can be input based on the company’s needs, and the dashboard will track how well the user is doing in meeting these goals, with three different labelling colours for these targets. A green KPI means that the goal has been met. A yellow KPI, indicates the user/company is mid-way to reaching their set goal. A red KPI indicates that the user is not close to meeting the goal. This enables companies to easier identify where they can improve within their operations and where to focus their attention. It is also possible to filter the KPI data to look at a very specific time frame, if necessary.

The user can decide to look at the KPI for either this week or last week, this month or last month, etc.

On the left side of the screen, System Health and Key Reports are displayed. The colors used within the system health are the same colour coding as above. You can also hover your mouse over the colours and will be informed of its meaning. There, a user, clicking on the pencil button, can choose which of their reports to be Key Reports that are displayed on the dashboard and easily accessible. This makes it even quicker for the user to go to the reports that they either use a lot or are very important to operations.

The gearwheel next to the time filter allows you to customise the dashboard within the AGR system to fit your company’s KPIs, i.e. service level, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, stock level, and sale. On the right side of the window, each of the columns are explained. You can see both the Chart and explanation below.
